PAYABLE SERVICES:
Air conditioning (8 euros per day).
Heating on request in the months of April – May – September (10 euros per day)
TOURIST TAX 1,70 EUROS PER PERSON PER DAY, from 01.01 to 31.12 each year exemption extended to children up to the age of 14 years.
Final cleaning: €50,00.

ANIMALS:
Allowed small/medium sized animals, maximum 2 per apartment (5 euro per day per animal)

CANCELLATION TERMS:
Our conditions are:
– cancellation more than 15 days before check-in date, penalty fee will: 0% of the rent
– cancellation less than 15 days before check-in date, penalty fee will: 100% of the rent
In case of NO SHOW, penalty fee will be 100% of the rent

ADVANCE BOOKING:
Required at the time of booking a deposit of 25% of the total by bank transfer.

TO PAY ON SITE:
Deposit of 100 euros which will be held in the event of damage to the apartment or returned on departure.
ACCOUNT BALANCE ON ARRIVAL IN CASH.

ARRIVAL:
Sundays from 15.00 until 19.00. For arrivals on other days on request by email. No refunds for late arrivals.

DEPARTURE:
Sundays by 9.00 am. For departures on other days on request by email. No refunds are given for early departures.
