Electricity, water, heating (included from October to March), supply of towels and bed linen, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, dishwasher, citrus juicer, fridge with freezer, satellite television, free wi-fi, four deckchairs with table and umbrella on the balcony of the reserved apartment, safe, clothesline, hairdryer, parking space, use of garden furniture (garden benches and tables) and fire for the grill, use of the tables on the shared terrace, use of the laundry room with washing machine and iron, cot and high chair.

Payable Services:
Air conditioning on request (10 euros per day)
Heating on request in the months of April – May – September (10 euros per day)
TOURIST TAX 1,70 EUROS PER PERSON PER DAY, from 01.01 to 31.12 each year exemption extended to children up to the age of 14 years.

Final cleaning: Euro 80.00.

Animals:
Allowed small/medium sized animals, maximum 2 per apartment (5 euro per day per animal)

Cancellation terms:
Our conditions are:
– up to 15 days before arrival (Check-in) penalty: 0%
– from 14 days up to 1 day before arrival (Check-in) penalty: 100% of the total amount.
In case of no-show (NO SHOW) 100% penalty of the total amount

Advance Booking:
Required at the time of booking a deposit of 25% of the total by bank transfer.

To Pay on Site:
Deposit of 100 euros which will be held in the event of damage to the apartment or returned on departure.
ACCOUNT BALANCE ON ARRIVAL IN CASH.

Arrival:
Saturdays from 15.00 until 19.00. For arrivals on other days on request by email. No refunds for late arrivals.

Departure:
Saturdays by 9.00 am. For departures on other days on request by email. No refunds are given for early departures.
